Colt's easy Frito pie

Ingrediants:

1 bag fritos
1 can chili
1 onion diced
2 tbl. diced jalapenos
1 cup grated cheddar cheese

Preperation:

Heat Chili in sauce pan

Place fritos about a cup in individual bowls.

Cover with hot chili then cheese sprinkle with onion & jalapeno to taste.

Stick in microwave & heat on high long enough to melt the cheese serve hot!

Feeds about 2

You can add other toppings too like salsa & alvacado.

I used to just make this with chili that had no beans but 1 day I opened a can that had beans & used it & was surprised to find it was quite good.
Also try homemade chili yummy!
